How do I update the login credentials for my BoomTax account?

You can easily update your login credentials by doing the following:

• Log in to your BoomTax account
• Click "Account" from the menu at the top of the page
• Under "My Account" update the name and email address
• Click "Request Email Change" to finalize

After the request is submitted, we send the old administrator an email notifying them of the change. We also send the new administrator an email with a link to confirm the change.
