How do I void a form after it's been filed? (1095 C or 1099 NEC only)

Once a form has been filed, it cannot be deleted or removed from the filing.

However, you can void a Form 1095-C or 1099-NEC that shouldn't have been included in the filing.

Step 1: Click on the company name to edit your filing.

Step 2: Edit the employee form by clicking on their name.

Step 3: Click "Void Form" from the menu on the right.

Step 4: Confirm that you'd like to void the form by clicking the red button.

Once you've made all necessary changes, don't forget to submit the corrections to the IRS by clicking the "e-file" button!
