How do I e-file my forms?

To e-file your forms, simply login to your BoomTax account.

Click 'Filings'.

Click on the name of your filing.Click on the 'E-File' button.

Review the forms that are about to be e-filed.

Add any emails you would like to include for e-file update notifications. (We automatically email the account owner for all status updates). Finally, click 'E-File Now'.

At this point, we will e-file your forms with the IRS or SSA (depending on the type of forms) and we will continually check for status updates. Once we have an update, we will send you an email with a tracking number from the IRS, and status updates to indicate if the filing was accepted, or if you will need to login and make corrections.
