How do I edit forms that are 'Not Complete'?

Login to your BoomTax account and click on 'Filings', then click on your company name.

Sort your eligible employees by 'Status' until you see forms that are marked as 'Not Complete'. You can do this by clicking on the box labeled 'Status.'

Then, click on the name of the employee to view the errors on the form.

Fix the errors noted on the form, then click 'Finish.'

Once you have done this for all forms marked as 'Not Complete' (including the summary form), your filing will change to 'Ready to E-File' (as shown below).

When your filing shows as 'Ready to E-File' you can click 'E-file' to send your forms to the IRS, download your forms as PDF, or order print and mail.
