How do I download select employee copies?

You may encounter a time when you need to print only some of your employee forms.  The following steps will allow you to download only the forms you select.

Click on the filing name to open the details page.

If you only have a few forms to print:

Check the box to the left  of the employee name for forms needing reprinting.

If you have numerous forms to sort through, you can use the search feature to find the employee's name.

If you have many forms you need to download: 

First, click the more options button (button with 3 dots) from the eligible employees section. Then select "Select forms by SSN" from the drop down menu. 

Lastly, input the SSNs that you need printed (an easy way to do this is to copy and paste from a payroll export).

To Download only the selected forms: 

Click the "Download" button in the Eligible Employees section and select "To PDF."

Next, select which type of PDF download you would like.

  • Choose "IRS Official Forms" to download a copy of the forms e-filed with the IRS.
  • Choose "Employee Mailable Copy" to download copies of the 1095-C forms sent to the employees.

Then, select how you would like your forms batched.

  • Choose the "One PDF with All Employees" option to download one PDF file with all of the selected Employees.
  • Choose the "one PDF Per Employee" option to download a PDF for each employee.

By default, the Mask social security numbers box is checked.  This is highly recommended by the IRS.

You will have the option to wait while the forms are downloaded or click the "Email me when it's ready" to be notified by email when the downloads are ready.

If you waited for the download, the file should automatically download to your web browser when ready.
